Suggested Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Leh

On Arrival at Leh airport, meet our tour representative who greets you and assists you while you take a transfer to the hotel. Located to the Karakoram and the Himalayan Ranges, Leh is the capital city of Ladakh is settled at an altitude of 11800 ft above from the sea level. On reaching your pre-booked hotel, complete your check-inn procedure and the remaning day at leisure and adapting to the low air pressure. Late afternoon visit Shanti Stupa, a beautiful Buddhist white-domed stupa. Use the evening to explore local market. Later, return to the hotel and have a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2

Leh - Spituk - Pather Sahib - Leh

After having your hearty breakfast, continue your drive to Spituk Monastery. Also famous as Spituk Gompa, the monastery is located at a distance of 08 kms from Leh. This monastery was built back in the 11th century by Od-de. Also visit Gurdwara Pathar Sahib which was built in 1517 in the memory of Guru Nanak. The next is visit to the famous Magnetic Hill. Placed on Leh-Kargil-Srinagar Highway, located at an altitude of 11,000 ft above from the sea level, it is also known as Gravity hill. Laterwards, return back to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3

Leh - Pangong Lake

On the day 03, this day is reserved for the same day trip to Pangong Lake which is located at a distance of 135 km from Leh. Settled up at an altitude of about 13,900 ft, Pangong Lake is 140km long and 3-5kms wide. Explore this scenic beauty of the lake and take back a memorable experience. Later, return back to the hotel. In the evening, you can have a leisure exploration to the local market of Leh, where you can get your hands on amazing handicrafts, woolens, Thangka paintings, hand-woven rugs, Buddhist masks and more. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4

Leh - Khardungla Pass

This early morning proceed visit Khardungla Pass, pointed up at the altitude of 18360 ft. Khardungla Pass is arguably the world's largest motorable pass. Laterwards, visit the Sangam of Indus and Zanskar rivers. Relish some time amid the tranquility of Leh. Drive through the Magnetic Hill and the Thiksey Monastery which has the most photographed statue of Maitreya Buddha in India. After the sightseeing around Leh, return back to your hotel in Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5

Monasteries and Palaces

This day is reserved to exploring the rich culture of Leh. The day includes sightseeing around Leh. You visit Thiksey Gompa which is one of the most beautiful monasteries in Ladakh and the largest one in the central region. Also, take a visit to the Shey Palace - an old summer palace of the erstwhile rulers of Leh and Hemis Monastery - probably the richest Gompa in Leh. After visiting the monasteries that are not only the sacred spots but also be architectural wonders, continue your driving towards Stok Palace Museum which houses royal artifacts and other items. Later, return back to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6

Leh - Departure

This morning after having your breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Leh Airport to board your flight for your onwards destination. Tour Ends

Applicable T&C

  • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
  • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines/transport or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to provide the services then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels unless and until specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the differences.
  • Extra bed/mattress will be provided as per the hotel policy. If the hotel is giving an extra mattress instead of an extra bed it will be considered as an extra bed only.
  • Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
  • In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest's discretion whether to take service or not.
  • Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don't carry that with you.
  • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Trans n Trip can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
  • In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
