Suggested Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Leh

On arrival at Leh airport, meet our tour representative who'll greets you and assists you to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in to the hotel. Welcome drink will be served on arrival. Take full day rest for high altitude acclimatization. In the evening you may opt to visit the local bazaar of Leh. This market is the perfect place to buy pearls and coral jewelry. Also relish same day sightseeing to the Shanti Stupa- a major Buddhist pilgrim center. Return back to your hotel in the evening .Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

Leh

In this precious morning after having your hearty breakfast move out to visit Thiksey Gompa, located in the village of Ladakh. The monastery exhibits the gold-plated statue of Lord Buddha, called the Maitreya Buddha. Also visit the Indus Valley Monastery. This tour plan also includes a stopover at the Indus Valley monastery. Then return back to the Leh city and afterwards beautiful Stok Palace that lies on the bank opposite to Tsangspo River. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3

Leh

A half day sightseeing tour to Shey Palace, which was the old summer palace of the Ladakh kings and was built about five centuries ago. The palace is now in ruins but its Gompa, features a 12-meter high Lord Buddha's image. The Thiksey Gompa is 17 kms from Leh and is visible from Shey. The monastery is very picturesque and superbly situated on a hilltop overlooking the village and the Indus River. The Hemis Gompa is one of the richest and largest in the area. It is famous for its festival, which features elaborate mask dances and goes on for two days. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy an overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Leh - Spituk - Zinchen

This morning after posting your hearty breakfast, drive straight to Spituk. On reaching Spituk visit the Spituk Gompa. After the visit start trekking along the Indus River to reach Zinchen. This trek to Zinchen is fairly easy and will take around 4 hrs to reach. While trekking to Zinchen, we'll cross a couple of streams and nearby villages. Relish a enjoyable dinner and overnight stay in the tents.

Day 5

Zincehn - Rumbak

This morning after having breakfast, leave Zincehn and start for Rumbak while continue trekking to the path that leads far away from the river. Climb gently till we reach Rumbak village. Upon arrival at Rumbak, get accommodated your pre-booked tented accommodation. After having dinner, overnight stay at tent.

Day 6

Rumbak - Stok La Pass

This precious morning after having your hearty breakfast, proceed towards the Stok La Pass. This awesome trek takes you through the sharp and zigzag path up to Stokla. From the top, capture these awesome view of the Snow Leopard Kingdom on your right, besides the imposing Indus valley and enormous Himalayas. Relish a dinner and overnight stay at the tents

Day 7

Stok La Pass - Stok - Leh

After having your breakfast, proceed for a gentle and easy trek descending down in the valley. Descend down all to these ways to Stok village. While passing through the Stok village pass by numerous ruins of old forts and castles and the wonderful huge mountains. After visiting these Stok Palace, drive straight to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at Leh.

Day 8

Leh Departure

This morning after having your hearty breakfast , check-out from your hotel and drive to Leh Airport to board your flight for your onwards destinations.

Applicable T&C

Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines/transport or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to provide the services then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels unless and until specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the differences.
Extra bed/mattress will be provided as per the hotel policy. If the hotel is giving an extra mattress instead of an extra bed it will be considered as an extra bed only.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest's discretion whether to take service or not.
Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don't carry that with you.
The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
Trans n Trip can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
