  • Petrol - all riders will be expected to pay their own fuel bills at petrol stations. The kitty will pay for spare fuel that we carry in the back-up truck - we will need to top up tanks in Pang and Sarchu and there are no petrol pumps in this area. Petrol cost Minimum INR 3000 & Maximum INR 4000 approximately.

Suggested Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Manali (By bus)

On Arrive in Manali and complete the check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel. You're free till afternoon. Relax in your rooms. After having some rest, get ready for your motorbike tour. Start riding the meandering roads of the Kullu Valley with Himalayas on one side and the roaring River Beas on the other. Do not lose yourself in admiring the stunning scenery as the roads are pretty tricky. Enjoy the amazing and exciting experience. Return back to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at in Manali.

Day 2

Manali - Jispa (150 km)

This early morning, Get ready for an exciting day. Start your bike ride by driving on the stunning Rohtang Pass, positioned at an altitude of 3798 m. This excitement of driving on this pass lies in the fact that this is an extremely challenging road with hairpin bends. The weather conditions are most of the times uncertain too. You come across a number of tourists who have come here to enjoy snow activities. Drive via Lahaul valley, nestled amid snow-clad peaks. Arrival to Jispa is in late evening. Savor mountain dinner comprising of hot momos and Thupka, a special traditional Himalayan soup, made from vegetables and meat. Overnight stay at Jispa.

Day 3

Jispa - Sarchu (120 km)

This day is going to be so much unforgottable. Start your bike journey to Sarchu, the next beautiful destination. As you drive past Jispa, you enter the Greater Himalayan landscape. Notice that size of the mountains has become bigger than the previous roads. Treat your eyes to the wonderful views as you are driving on Baralachha Pass (5000 m). Continue your ride till you reach Sarchu, a village that forms the border line between Himachal and Kashmir. Arrive at the Sarchu camp. The rest of the day is for relaxing. Make sure that you consume a lot of fluids. Overnight stay at Camp.

Day 4

Sarchu - Leh (215 km)

This day is gonna to be a challenging day as you're going to ride your bike via flatlands and entering into mountainous range horizon. Keep driving on the world's highest mountain pass, Tanglang-La Pass (5300 m). As you cross the pass, you enter into the mountainous roads of Leh. On the way visit the very popular monasteries of Leh- Thiksey and Shey, made on hilltops. On the borders of Changspa, check into a hotel. The evening is at leisure. Savor local delicacousies and get an insight into the culture of Ladakh. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 5

Khardungla Pass (Leh)

On the 05th day of this tour, get a ride to visit the most famous Khardungla Pass. Settled at an altitude of 18,360 ft above from the sea level, it is one of the world's highest mountain passes. Afternoon is reserved for sightseeing in Leh, housing a mixed population of Buddhists and Muslims. While driving at the central street, stop at any of the eating joints to enjoy finger-licking local dishes. Explore Leh on foot, visiting the Old Fort and the other attractions. Plan a memorable evening at any of the garden restaurants. Overnight stay Leh.

Day 6

Leh - Pangong Lake (149 km)

This day is reserved for visiting one of the most famous lakes in Leh, Pangong Lake. It's the largest brackish lake in Asia. This lake sprawls in India along with China. Two-third area of the lake falls in China. The surroundings of the lake are breathtaking. The lake water is known to be changing colors during the day. Later, continue your ride and cross Chang La. Keep driving till the army checkpoint of Tangse. The journey ends here. Check-inn to your pre-booked resort. Dinner and overnight stay at resort.

Day 7

Pangong - Leh (149 km)

This morning after having breakfast in early morning, check-out from your resort and start driving back to Leh. This is going to be your last day in Leh. Spend the day in exploring the wonderful attractions of Leh. Visit the symbol of peace, the white-colored Shanti Stupa. Indulge in shopping at the local bazaars of Leh. Witness the beautiful views of the Zanskar range and the Indus Valley.Stay overnight at Leh.

Day 8

Leh - Sarchu (215 km)

This morning, start your riding backwards on the path from where you arrived in Leh. On the way, you drive past Pang and Sarchu. Sarchu is well recognised to be the middle point of Manali and Leh. As you arrive in Sarchu, settle in the camps. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Camps.

Day 9

Sarchu - Manali (215 km)

On 09th Day of this tour, start your bike through the plains of Sarchu. About at noon, you'll arrive at the Baralaccha plains. Now continue the comfortable journey through smooth rides up to the Lahaul ranges. Arrive at Rohtang pass on which you've to drive carefully. In the night you get to Manali. Complete your check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Manali.

Day 10

Manali (Departure)

This morning after having your breakfast, this is the last of this tour.Check-out from your hotel and Depart for your home destinations.

Applicable T&C

  • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
  • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines/transport or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to provide the services then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels unless and until specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the differences.
  • Extra bed/mattress will be provided as per the hotel policy. If the hotel is giving an extra mattress instead of an extra bed it will be considered as an extra bed only.
  • Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
  • In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest's discretion whether to take service or not.
  • Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don't carry that with you.
  • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Trans n Trip can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
  • In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
