Day 1

Delhi Arrival

On arrival at Delhi International airport, meet tour representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After having freshen-up and join the briefing session where you get important details of the tour. Spend the remaning day at leisure, include in the activities of your interest- explore the very popular monuments, visit the well-known markets. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Leh

This early morning check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport to board a flight for Leh. On arrival, check-inn to your pre-booked hotel. Complete the check-in procedure at the hotel and relish refreshments. At afternoon, indulge in sightseeing. Starting from the Leh Palace- the former residence of the royalty of Leh, Hall of Fame- a museum built and maintained by the Indian Army and Shanti Stupa - a white-domed Buddhist chorten not only famoused for religious importance but also for an amazing view of the surroundings that it offers. In the evening, relish a leisure walk in the market. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3

Leh - Hemis Festival and trip to monasteries

On the day 03, after having your hearty breakfast proceed to visit the Hemis Monastery and relish the festivities. This largest and wealthiest monastery in India, every year plays host to the most famous Hemis festival. Relish this Chaam, a sacred masked dance being performed by the Lamas, along with musical drums and long horns. You can also shop for souvenirs from the temporary market stalls. Later, visit the Shey Gompa - housing a huge statue of seated Buddha, this monastery is Situated within the Shey Palace and later the Thiksey Gompa- a Tibetan Buddhist monastery belonging to the (Gelugpa) sect, it has an structure similar to Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4

Same day trip to Pangong Lake (320 km)

This morning after having your yummy breakfast and proceed to Pangong lake (4350 m), via Chang La (5360 m), world's third highest motorable road in the world. Carry a packed lunch. Reach Pangong (afternoon), an endorheic lake, highest in the world, situated in India and Tibet. Admire the beautiful surrounding views of the snow-capped mountains. Return back to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5

Same day trip to Khardungla Pass (5359 m)

Post your hearty breakfast, begin driving towards Khardung la (5359 m), famed as the highest motorable road, around 39 kms from the main town of Leh. Once you reach the top, treat your eyes to the surrounding local scenery. Drive back to Leh. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities. In the evening, take a leisure walk to the nearby local market. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6

Delhi- Departure

This morning after having breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to the Leh airport to board your flight for Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, board your flight for onwards destination .

Applicable T&C

  • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
  • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines/transport or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to provide the services then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels unless and until specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the differences.
  • Extra bed/mattress will be provided as per the hotel policy. If the hotel is giving an extra mattress instead of an extra bed it will be considered as an extra bed only.
  • Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
  • In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest's discretion whether to take service or not.
  • Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don't carry that with you.
  • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Trans n Trip can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
  • In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
