Suggested Itinerary

Day 01 Chennai

On arrival at Chennai airport, meet our representative who'll guide you to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel. After resting for a while, embark on a sightseeing tour of Chennai. The major tourist attractions in Chennai include the Fort St. George, St. Thomas Mount, San Thome Cathedral, Kapaleeswar Temple and the National Art Gallery. In the evening visit the beautiful Marina. Don't try swimming at Marina beach since there are strong currents present along the shoreline and no rescue equipments and lifeguards are available at this beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram

In the morning leave for Mahabalipuram via. Kanchipuram. The major Kanchipuram tourist attractions include visits to the Kailasanthar Temple, Ekambareshwarar Temple, The Vardarajanperumal Temple and the Sakkiswarar Temple. Then resume with your drive to Mahabalipuram. This 7th century former port city is famous for its rock-cut shore temples. On arrival, check-in at one our listed hotels.The rest of the day is to be spent at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry

Next morning after breakfast, move out on a sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram. The major attractions to visit include the Shore and the Five Ratha temples, Arjuna's Penance and the Tiger caves. After the visit leave for Pondicherry. As on reaching Pondicherry, check-in at one our listed hotels. Rest and relax for the day. In the evening you may take a leisurely walk to the local market of Pondicherry. Return to the hotel for overnight stay

Day 04 Pondicherry - Swamimalai

Post breakfast, set out to explore the Pondicherry for its diverse attractions like the coastline of 32 Kms, palm-fringed beaches, backwaters and fishing villages. Later in the afternoon visit Aurbindo Ashram and Auroville. After visit drive to Swamimalai. Stop midway to visit Chidambaram, and Gangaikonda Cholapuram. On reaching Swamimalai, transfer to one of our listed hotels. Later in the day visit the Swamimalai Murugan Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05 Swamimalai - Tanjore

After breakfast head straight to Tanjore. Tanjore is known as the city of temples as it has many famous temples in and around the city including the Navagraha temples. On reaching Tanjore, check-in at one of our listed hotels.

Day 06 Tanjore - Departure from Madurai

Post breakfast on the last day of the tour, get transferred to the Madurai airport to go aboard a flight for your onward destination.

Applicable T&C

  • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
  • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines/transport or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to provide the services then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels unless and until specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the differences.
  • Extra bed/mattress will be provided as per the hotel policy. If the hotel is giving an extra mattress instead of an extra bed it will be considered as an extra bed only.
  • Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
  • In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest's discretion whether to take service or not.
  • Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don't carry that with you
  • The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Trans n Trip can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
  • In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
