Trip Exclusion

• Govt Service Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
• Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
• Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances
during the tour
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group and Airport snack hamper for joining and leaving guests
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

• The above rates are based on minimum 2 persons traveling together
• The above rates are applicable for Indian passport holders
• Rates are subject to change in any case of any changes in hotel taxes, ROE, transport rates, government taxes & entrance fees
• Rates may vary and Roe will be applicable as per the date of Confirmation
• Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation
• In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
• International check in time is 1500 hours; check out time is 1200 hours. Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms
• Tour package rates are not applicable during trade fairs or any other events happening in cities where your stay is booked
• If certain entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative entrances will be provided
• No amendments possible once land arrangements have been confirmed
• No refund for partly unutilized tickets. No refund for "NO - SHOWS"
• We might change the program sequence to meet with the Nile Cruise embarkation schedule which we are always bound to
• Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy
• Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Trans n Trip can only facilitate in the entire process. We at Trans n Trip. shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges / fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons
